High-speed train：Chaoshan Station (高铁：潮汕站)

It is convenient to come to Shantou by high-speed train. Tickets can be purchased online and picked up at outlets downtown, or directly at the train station. The "Chaoshan High-speed Railway Station" is about 40 minutes' drive from the GTIIT campus.

Flights：Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport( IATA: SWA)

Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport( IATA: SWA), which is a 30-minute ride from the GTIIT campus. There are direct flights from Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macau.

You can download an application called “DiDi”, which is similar to Uber. With this app you can call a taxi any time, anywhere. The rates are clearly visible on the body of the cab.

潮汕高铁站大巴181B直达汕头大学。下车后需步行一段路程。
